A bomb exploded in the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Iraq - A suicide bomber staged an action using the car and attacked a security checkpoint at the entrance to the main complex of the Ministry of the Interior (Kemdagri) in Baghdad Iraq, Monday (26/12/2011). This action suicide bombings killed at least five people and injuring about 40 people. Suicide bombings occurred when the Prime Minister of Iraq Nuri al-Maliki (PM Al-Maliki) held a meeting last weekend with senior security officials to discuss the action of a deadly suicide bombing that took place last week in Iraq. Suicide bombings that killed about 70 people and injured more than 200 people.

Not less 20 explosions occurred a few days after the United States withdraw troops from Iraq. At the meeting, Prime Minister Al-Maliki said, security and stability should be a top priority of the country. The explosion is believed to be planned on Thursday (22/12/2011) that occurred during rush hour morning in Sunni-Shia community in Baghdad. No less nine car bomb, six roadside bombs, and a mortar exploded in a row for two hours. This happens on the bombing of residential, commercial, and Government area in the capital of Iraq.

Violence in Iraq has been much reduced in recent years. However, the latest attacks on Thursday and then said to be the worst since August 2011, when a series of coordinated bombings killed at least 75 people in 17 towns in Iraq. The attack took place amid rising sectarian tensions. The bombings led to fears that political turmoil in Iraq could trigger sectarian bloodshed that again nearly destroyed the country during the war.
